A shocking waste of money. $60 for an alleged hand dry and interior clean. My car is covered in soap remnants and what appear to be new scratches. Interior dash still covered in dust. Seems they took my $60 and didn’t actually do anything. I’ve been visiting this location for over a decade and it’s gone steadily down hill. Today they lost a customer. High price for low quality is not a sustainable business model.

The wash is overpriced for what you get. I purchased a full service wash. My car was not properly vacuumed out. They rush to clean out the inside of a car without taking time to make sure the job is done correctly. There isn't any front desk person or manager on-site. I had to ask for a redo and I got a halfway vacuum again. So, I had to take over. I noticed the vacuum has very weak suction. Horrible vacuums. Eventually, I had to pull to the vacuum area on the side of the building to finish vacuuming due to the back up of cars all getting a full service and the workers not pulling cars into the detail area to do it, but trying to do it at the exit out area. That's why they rush it. Very bad work process. Both of the workers were very young. I don't blame them. I blame the owners for having terrible vacuums and horrible rules on where and how to clean out a car. No refund or discount was offered nor did anyone offer to come out and finish vacuuming my car out correctly. There place was understaffed. Only 3 people in the whole building and then 2. This was easily the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I paid for a full wash and left with my car still visibly dirty. There were streaks all over the windows, dirt left on the lower panels, and even soap residue that wasn’t rinsed off properly. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t care when I pointed it out. For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent wash.

First time trying this place out today. The guys helping with the pay station were very nice and helpful. When we started pulling into the carwash a different guy was yelling at us to keep moving even though our car stalled. I get that they were busy but that’s no excuses to be rude. The car wash was also overpriced and did a terrible job cleaning the car.

Do not take your car here to get detailed. I took my car in for a level 3 detail with a shampoo added. I was told that is their highest level of clean. I had a passenger puke in the car. Estimated 3 hours of service so I left the car there. They called me an hour and 20 minuets later saying it was done. When I came to look at it I thought they were joking with me. Here is a list of what they missed/didn’t do. -Dust in seat crevasse -No door jams wiped -Puke on ceiling/A-pillar -Over spray of cleaner on everything that wasn’t a horizontal surface -inside windshield was full of streaks and hard to look through, didn’t appear to be cleaned -center council was not vacuumed out -Shifter council was not cleaned -puke was still in the breather holes of my seats and on the headrests -guy took a rag and whipped the puke off the ceiling and then continued to wipe the rest of the seats with the same rag while I was there. -smelled like puke still -passenger foot space was not whipped clean -side mirror glass was not cleaned I asked if that is the best clean they could do and they said yes, so I left and finished it myself. It is a 2024 car so it was pretty nice to begin with. I talked wi
